We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your product for a new shade, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
